About The Role What is the role? As a Plant Operator you will ensure that you are operating a safe, compliant (legal, regulatory and environmental aspects) and efficient operation of the Plant. As a key member of the shift team you will also be working with other operational staff and maintenance employees. The successful candidate will act as the Plant AP, assisting the Plant SAP in all safety and operational duties, so that the facility can function as an integrated whole and run at maximum levels of safety, compliance, availability and efficiency.
