About the role

Biffa is seeking a Depot Manager in Atherstone to take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations at the transfer station and packaged goods transport. You will lead a team of 10, drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement while delivering strong customer service and financial performance. You will report to the Regional General Manager and shape a positive safety culture, develop your team and ensure the depot achieves environmental, operational and commercial targets.
