HGV Driver (Waste Services) £24,496 pa plus allowance You will be responsible for driving any vehicle within the Council’s Waste Service and will act as an ambassador of South Tyneside Council taking a positive approach to customer care and promoting equality and diversity. This post holds a specific requirement for driving HGV vehicles. You will work as part of a team and be prepared to work flexibly when necessary. You will be expected to undertake the following duties: • Drive and operate any vehicle and attached hoists/hi-abs as allocated in support of Waste and Environmental activities. •
