About the role

Talent STEM is supporting an Energy-from-Waste operator with the appointment of a Production Shift Manager. This is a hands-on operational management position within a 24-hour process facility. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the plant during your shift, coordinating production, plant performance, maintenance support, safety systems and environmental compliance.
